1. What types of helmets do you sell? We specialize in high-performance motorcycle helmets, including full-face, modular (flip-up), adventure/dual-sport, open-face, and off-road styles. All are designed for street, track, touring, or dual-purpose riding.
2. Are your helmets DOT approved? Yes! Every helmet we sell meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 218 standards (required for US road use). Many models also carry additional certifications like Snell M2020 or ECE 22.06 for extra peace of mind.
3. How do I choose the right helmet size? Measure the circumference of your head (about 1 inch above your eyebrows) with a soft tape. Compare to our size chart on each product page. We recommend trying on helmets if possible, but our detailed fit guides and return policy make online buying safe and easy.
4. What are your shipping options and times to the US? We offer the following reliable options (business days, excluding weekends/holidays):
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20 – Fastest option for urgent orders.
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – On qualifying orders (most items qualify).
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Same as above, no minimum in many cases.
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 – Reliable ground delivery.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Tracking provided via email. Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to location or carrier delays.
5. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international, please contact us for custom quotes.
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused helmets in original packaging. Helmets must be in new condition (no wear, no odors). Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged. Full refund issued upon inspection.
7. How do I care for and clean my helmet? Use mild soap and water on the shell, remove liners for gentle washing if possible. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging the helmet. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Replace after any significant impact – even if it looks fine.
8. Can I exchange for a different size? Yes! Exchanges are free for size/color swaps within 30 days (you pay return shipping, we cover outbound for the exchange). Contact support with your order number.
9. Are there any warranties on helmets? Most helmets come with manufacturer warranties (1-5 years depending on brand) covering defects in materials/workmanship. We stand behind our products – reach out if you have issues.
